Laminating Furnace with Vacuum Conveyor VC 001
Laminating Furnace with Vacuum Conveyor provides lamination of windshields. Product intended for the vacuum conveyor is paired, bent WS glass composition of green, clear, coated and non-coated. The furnace consists of four sections, with top mounted circulation fans and heating elements. Circulating air temperature is controlled by PI (PID) regulator, measured with thermocouple sensors located in each heating channel of each section and in the centre under the ceiling of the box. At the outlet, windshields are cooled down to the required temperature by fans with controlled power. This is a complex system supplied including measurement, control system and switchboards. The transport of windshields through the laminating furnace is solved by a vacuum conveyor driven by an electric motor and a gearbox. The conveyor is equipped with a chain, which carries windshield holders and vacuum ring. Two vacuum pumps dimensioned for the required conveyor cycle ensure sufficient vacuum in the system.
