FTH system TTP
Basic series FTH: TTP Type F1: 16 ", 26", TTP type F3: 36 ", 42" (43 "), 48", 54 " - variable total length and length of feeder heating / cooling zones - optional equipment: electric heating, mixing system, water or air-cooled full flow damper, conti-drainage
TTP type F1
- 1 section upper building of the feeder (modular lining) - in the upper structure, direct or indirect cooling of the glass (fan air) - automatically controllable performance of direct and indirect glass air coolers - passive (material composition of the lining) or active (air) cooling of the central section at the bottom of the feeder - if necessary, intensive direct cooling of the glass using radiation openings in the upper feeder structure - double-sided or side-independent heating power control over the entire range by proportional control of gas and air volume
TTP type F3
- 3 section upper building of the feeder (modular lining) - in the upper construction of the feeder separate, lateral, heating sections with their own adjustable flue gas outlets - in the upper structure, a separate central section for direct, indirect or combined glass cooling - automatically controllable performance of direct and indirect glass air coolers - passive (material composition of the lining) or active (air) cooling of the central section at the bottom of the feeder - if necessary, intensive direct cooling of the glass using radiation openings in the upper feeder structure - double-sided or side-independent heating power control over the entire range by proportional control of gas and air volume

- electrically heated feeders for table glass production - variable total length and length of heating / cooling zones of the feeder - direct or indirect electric heating system - optional equipment: mixer system, conti-drain, slider
